To ensure the best possible experience for all our guests, please take a moment to read our booking policy below.

Reservations & Deposits

A £15 per person non-refundable deposit is required for group bookings.
Deposits are deducted from your final bill on the day.
Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Cancellations & Amendments

We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to guest numbers.
Cancellations or reductions made within 48 hours of the booking time will result in the deposit being forfeited.
Failure to attend without notice (no-shows) will also result in loss of the deposit.

Arrival Time

Please arrive on time for your reservation.
We may need to release tables if guests arrive significantly late without prior notice.

Service Charge

We do not add a service charge.
Discretionary tips are always appreciated but entirely optional.

Outside Food & Cakes

Outside cakes are permitted for celebrations.
No other outside food or food items are allowed to be brought into the restaurant.

Group Bookings & Private Functions

We welcome group bookings and private functions.
Bespoke menus and arrangements can be discussed in advance—please contact us directly for more information.
